# Compassionate Leadership Institute

> The Compassionate Leadership Institute (CLI) provides compassionate leadership training, team coaching and psychological safety programs for organizations worldwide. Founded by Imre Végh (TEDx speaker) in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Programs rated 9.3/10 across 105 participant evaluations. Clients include KPMG, BBVA, Oxfam, AkzoNobel, NN Group, Doctors Without Borders and the International Space University.

The institute's stance: compassion is not soft leadership. It is the enabling condition for performance, innovation and human potential. The work goes beyond communication skills into deep personal work, built on three principles: Seeing Clearly, Vulnerable Strength and Fierce Compassion. Every program is tailored, no one-size-fits-all. Delivered in English or Dutch, online and in person, anywhere in the world.
