You tell us what is happening
In whatever detail you have. Often people are not sure yet whether they need training, coaching, or something else entirely. That is a fine place to start.
We talk it through
Usually half an hour, online or by phone. We ask a lot of questions. If it turns out we are not the right people for this, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
We design around what is actually needed
Only then, and only if it makes sense to both of us. Every programme is built from scratch for the group in front of us. You get a concrete proposal, and no pressure to accept it.
