What does the Compassionate Leadership Institute do?
We provide training and coaching for organizations worldwide in compassionate leadership, psychological safety, team coaching and advanced communication. Our programs go beyond skills training into deep personal work, with the aim of growth, inspiration, better organizations and a better world.
Who is Imre Végh?
Imre Végh is the founder and lead trainer of the Compassionate Leadership Institute, and a TEDx speaker ("How Compassion Makes Teams Stronger", TEDxUniversityofGroningen). He has twenty years of international experience training and coaching leaders and teams, from corporates like KPMG and BBVA to NGOs like Oxfam and Doctors Without Borders. More on the about page.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. We are based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and work worldwide, online and in person. Past work spans the USA, Uganda, Laos, Vietnam and Europe. Programs are delivered in English or Dutch.
Is compassionate leadership soft?
Mostly it is gentle. Warmth, patience and genuine attention are the ground everything grows from. But compassion does not stop where things get uncomfortable: sometimes it looks like a difficult conversation, a clear boundary, or challenging someone's growth. We call this fierce compassion, and it only works because it grows from the gentle kind. Research links this combination to higher team performance and innovation. Curious? Read the complete guide.
What formats do you offer?
Keynotes and masterclasses, one- and two-day trainings, multi-month leadership programs, team coaching trajectories and one-on-one coaching. Our preference: a trajectory of several training days spread over months, so the change truly lands. Every program is custom-built after listening to what your organization or team actually needs.
