What does the Compassionate Leadership Institute do?
Training and coaching in compassionate leadership, psychological safety and communication, plus team coaching and executive coaching, for organisations around the world. Besides skills, we work on the personal side: how people behave when things get difficult.
Who is Imre Végh?
Imre Végh is the founder and lead trainer of the Compassionate Leadership Institute. He has trained and coached leaders and teams for twenty years, for companies such as KPMG and BBVA and NGOs such as Oxfam and Doctors Without Borders. Do you work internationally?
Yes. We are based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and work in person around the world. We have worked in Houston, Madrid, Strasbourg, Porto, Ghana, Uganda, Laos and Vietnam.
Is compassionate leadership soft?
Compassion is a verb.Thich Nhat Hanh
Mostly it is gentle. When something needs to be said or a boundary drawn, compassion does that too, with care for the person. We call this fierce compassion, and it grows from the gentle kind. More in the complete guide.
What formats do you offer?
Keynotes and masterclasses, one- and two-day trainings, leadership programmes over several months, team coaching trajectories and one-on-one coaching. We prefer several training days spread over months, because most of the change happens in between. Larger groups and longer programmes get two trainers.

What does it cost?

Do you also work in Dutch?
Yes, all programmes are available in Dutch. In the Netherlands, Imre Végh also runs TrueVoice Academie, with Dutch-language training and open workshops since 2006.
